Brief

Highways Electrician needed to join a bespoke technology and engineering organization, who provide leading digital products and services within transport, based out of their site in Middlesex. As a Highways Electrician, you will be responsible for completing the final installation, configuration, test and installation of digital signage solutions for Transport, Wayfinding, Retail and Smart City applications.

It is desirable for the successful Highways Electrician to be G39 Certified and have two or more years of experience as a Highways Electrician.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Highways Electrician will include:

• Assist in the installation of digital signage.
• Electrically test and configure digital signage.
• Report any defects as they arise and ensure test certificates are filled out correctly.
• Maintenance of digital signage.
• Ensure members of the public are kept informed of works and are not put in any danger due to works being undertaken
• Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety requirements are met and safe working practices are adopted at all times.

What experience you need to be the successful Highways Electrician:

• 2 years' + Electrical experience
• C&G 2360 Part 1 Electrical Installation
• C&G 2360 Part 2 Electrical Installation
• C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection &Test
• C&G 2382 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• G39 Certified
• Full UK Driving License
