Days & Night shifts are rota- so will be warned when who is doing what

• 40 hours Day Shifts
• 40 Hours Night Shifts

Mainly the work will be day shifts, however will be expected to carry out night shifts as and when.

Job Summary:

• General maintenance on the roads
• Pot Hole Repair
• Removal of debris
• Vegetation Cutting
• General Labourer

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the company SHE policies
• Follow start of shift briefings and appropriate safe systems of work
• Maintain safe, clean & tidy work environment
• Ensure equipment & vehicles are maintained & used safely & in accordance with procedures and the Law
• Use appropriate PPE at all times
• Ensure your actions don't put yourself and/or others at risk
• Being Customer Focussed
• Assist in delivery of contractual requirements
• Remember that customers are both internal and external
• Communicating Effectively
• Identify & share how working practices can be improved and implemented
• Have the ability to adapt to changing needs of the business
• Understand drawings
• Apply your skills & knowledge as & when required in the completion of your duties

Essentials:

• HGV Class 1 or 2
• Highway experience
• CSCS Card
• Drivers License
• Team Work
• Planning and Organisational Skills

Desirables:

• 12 AB - Lantra
• ETM
• LGV License
• Health & Safety
• NRSWA
