In Vivo Research Scientist needed for a multinational Pharmaceutical organisation based in Cambridgeshire who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded In Vivo Research Scientist that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of in vivo research and studies, someone who has high ethical standards and a keen eye for animal welfare, and someone who holds a UK Home Office personal licence.
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the In Vivo Research Scientist will include:
Working collaboratively within the in vivo team the candidate will apply their scientific and technical expertise to delivering in vivo efficacy and pharmacodynamic studies to support our oncology drug discovery portfolio. As well as performing in vivo studies they will play an integral role within the in vivo team supporting compound formulations. They will play a key role in supporting oncology drug discovery projects and analysing data. Key will be their ability to prioritise their own workload whilst working as part of a cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams.
What experience you need to be the successful In Vivo Research Scientist:
- A degree in biology or related field or equivalent industry experience
- UK Home Office personal license holder
- High ethical standards and a keen eye for animal welfare
- Excellent team worker with good communication skills
