Investment Analyst, SW London, £45,000 - £50,000 + Package
London based residential investor developer are currently looking to hire an Investment Analyst to sit within their investor developer team.
We are keen to speak with real estate professionals who are confident and capable users of Excel for modeling and Powerpoint for putting together investor packs.
Prior experience of working within real estate (residential/prs/btr) would be preferred however not essential.
The role will focus on financial modelling providing risk assessment, investment performance and return on investments. Assisting the development of financial models and loading forecast and budgetary data. Appraising property development opportunities with full due diligence and assisting with the analysis of opportunities.
You will also be expected to work on drafting pitch documents and presentations using Powerpoint software for investors and drafting IC memos/presentations for new projects and periodically reporting fund progress to the fund's board of directors and advisory committee.
The team are looking to attract someone with a strong academic background, who has excellent numeracy skills, and attention for detail.
