Investment Analyst

To work closely with the investment team based in London and once a week in Europe which is responsible for sourcing and originations of multi sector commercial real estate.


Supporting the team in analysing prospective investments, taking into consideration commercial, financial and operational characteristics, current market and competitor situation, and other deal aspects, making recommendations about the viability of the investment projects. Contributing to the structuring, financing, execution and documentation of investment projects. Supporting the team with various analytical work, financial modelling, due diligence and various ad-hoc analyses. Preparing investment, divestment, debt and equity memoranda and various marketing materials. Producing research into the markets and economies and preparing market updates and summaries. Liaise with capital partners (banks, investors, co-investors, JV partners). Supporting the post-acquisition transition process from the Investment Team to the Asset Management team. Assisting the investment and asset management teams during the divestment process of fund-owned real estate assets, preparing divestment marketing documents and memoranda, financial modelling and ad-hoc sales related analyses.

Applicants will need to meet the following criteria:
At least 2 years direct real estate experience within private equity, investment banking, specialized real estate bank departments, or an adviser.
Have good technical, numerical and financial modelling skills, excellent attention to detail and will be capable of building financial models.
Have knowledge of the PE sector, real estate M&A and financing.
Be articulate and have good writing and presentation skills.
Educated to a degree level or above, preferably in analytical and numerical degrees such as Maths, Finance, Economics or Physics and will demonstrate a strong academic record.
