Investment Analyst
London, £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus
London based Real Estate Investor Developer are carrying out a search to appoint additional members to their investment team with the hiring of confident and capable Analyst's.
The positions will suit candidates who have at least 2 years post grad experience and are able to demonstrate a high level of modeling with Excel.
It is expected you will be educated to degree level, and have achieved a positive grade and possess a strong academic record.
Applicants from PE, Banking, Investor Developer organisations will be desirable.
The firm focus on UK and European property investments.
Duties will include building and managing detailed investment models to support potential transactions. Monitoring trends and staying on top of research relating to real estate market activity.
Assisting with transaction processes, working with the business functions and external advisors on the preparation of (sell side) or assessment of (buy side) marketing and due diligence material, Q&A and general process management.
Provide analysis and support execution of M&A projects for the region. Identify and track UK and European targets and assist with financial appraisal and due diligence assessment in any transaction.
