Investment Analyst, London
Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + Pension, Health Care, Discretionary Bonus
We are currently starting the process to look for experienced investment analysts who will have circa 2 - 4 years of financial modeling experience under their belt.
We have 2 roles open within the same investment team based in Central London and keen to chat to those who fit the following profile:
- You are currently working within the real estate sector carrying out an investment analyst role.
- You have strong Excel skills and capable of building financial models from scratch.
- Hold a Degree within a relevant field.
- You have experience of looking at and working on deals across a mix of asset classes.
The two positions will cover working across equity as well as debt, predominately looking at the London market as well as occasional out of town investments. These are fantastic roles for individuals who want to work within a reputable, successful, and professional team who have a long track record of investing and developing real estate across the Capital.
On offer will be a salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits which will include a pension, health care, as well as an annual discretionary bonus. Most important of all the opportunity to work with likeminded people who will share your drive and enthusiasm in getting deals done and working as part of a collective team.
