Investment Manager / Investment Director

Investment Manager or Investment Director required for a well-established advisory firm based in Central London. Our client is looking for someone to join the company on an initial 6-month interim assignment and to play a key role during this period focusing on the commercial property space.
As an Investment Manager or Investment Director you will be responsible for assisting with all activities involved in the purchase and sale of properties for investment clients. The role will include sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in accordance with the departments agreed and evolving investment criteria.
In addition, as Investment Manager or Investment Director you will be expected to carry out due diligence investigations including measurement of property, reading leases etc. You will also be required to compile detailed purchase reports where successful negotiation has taken place. You will be involved in the preparation of brochures, collating information, undertaking viewings and negotiating with potential purchasers.
As well as previous experience in the roles above, the ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance, development and exploitation of contacts within the property investment market and undertaking valuations of commercial properties for sale and purchase.
The successful Investment Manager or Investment Director will have experience in the analysis of potential investment including IRR and be competent in compiling property details and matching to client's investment requirements.
Please note this is an interim assignment and will be for an initial period of 6 months.
