Real Estate Investment / Acquisitions Associate, London
Negotiable salary dependent on experience, + generous & competitive bonus and benefits
London based real estate private equity fund are currently experiencing a period of growth and keen to discuss with investment associates with transactional real estate experience the opportunity they currently have within the team.
The opportunity will involve working on a broad diverse mix of alternative asset classes both in the UK and across Europe, and will suit investment associates who sit within the private equity or banking space.
You will play an integral role on both the transactional side as well as working and leading on various aspects of their current portfolio.
Applicants with the following profiles will be preferred:
- 3 - 5 years experience within the investment space
- Some prior real estate transactional exposure
- Have a generalist background across the real estate asset classes
- Educated to a high standard
- Excellent Excel and long term cash flow modeling skills
- Worked within the private equity or real estate banking space
