Negotiable Salary + High Bonus Potential
I am working with an experienced Capital Raiser who is keen to grow the business with the addition of a new hire. This person will be responsible for raising capital for investment in to the real estate sector.
We are keen to chat to individuals with real estate experience and have built up a network and black book of contacts who have a track record of real estate investment.
Applicants will need to have an interest in real estate and have worked on real estate transactions before.
You will have the ability and capability to create good memos on deals and transactions.
Have a strong network with intermediaries and experience in FCA environments.
Be career focused and keen to play an integral role in the growth of the company.
Be diligent with remote working (there will be weekly meetings in London but the rest will be remote).
The firm currently have circa £300m of completed transactions and looking to double that in the next 2 years with the view to build out the asset management arm and mortgage advisory side.
In return for your time, effort, input, you will receive a base salary plus a generous cut from deals brokered.
