1st / 2nd Line IT Support - Service Help Desk

IT support role available, focusing in 1st and 2nd line support, for my client's service help desk. IT Support needed for a technology company based in Farnborough. My client is looking to recruit a 1st / 2nd level IT Support to manage tickets and technical issues across their IT help desk.
Due to location, candidates will require own transport.
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the 1st / 2nd Line IT Support will include:
- Providing technical support across the client's customers
- Logging fault reports on calls, and escalating to technical teams as required
- Troubleshooting
- Active Directory management and administration
What experience you need to be the successful 1st / 2nd Line IT Support:
- Previous experience of at least 1 year within a similar position
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory
