My client is a leading managed service providor based in the Crawley area who are recruiting for an IT Support Administrator to provide both 1st Line Support / 2nd Line Support for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of client & internal computer systems, servers and security systems.

As an IT Support Administrator this will be a blended role where you will be responsible for 1st line/2nd line support and assisting the IT Manager with any 3rd line issues. This role will include site visits, so a full driving licenses & car is required.

IT Support Administrator Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficacity, maintaining a high degree of customer server
• To work effectively and productively with the IT Manager to make sure all 3rd Line support calls are resolved
• Take ownership of client issues, perform technical diagnosis and fixes
• Document all calls on our Helpdesk system
• To keep all client & inhouse systems update to date with relevant security patches
• Proactive monitoring of servers, network equipment & backups
• To ensure all SLA's are met

IT Support Administrator Essential Skills:

• Previous IT Support / Helpdesk Experience
• Experience with Active Directory / Office 365 / Windows Server
• Knowledge of Networking Technologies & Protocols
• Full Driving License & Car
