IT Application Support Analyst (PAS, CRIS, PACS) needed for our Healthcare client based in Kent who are looking to employ an experienced NHS/healthcare IT Application Support analyst with an in-depth knowledge of healthcare / hospital / NHS - IT applications: PAS (Patient Administration Systems), CRIS (Clinical Record Interactive system), PACS (Primary and Acute Care Systems)
What the role entails:
- Providing IT application support to Healthcare NHS applications - PAS, CRIS, PACS
* Understanding of integrated healthcare systems
* Dealing with incidents
* Change requests
* Day to maintenance
* Management of incident tickets looed with 3rd party providers
