IT End-User Systems Technician needed for a leading organisation based in Horsham, West Sussex, who are looking to employ an experienced IT End-User Systems Technician with an in-depth knowledge of solving complex IT problems and ensuring end-users have seamless technology experiences.

Some of the main duties of the IT End-User Systems Technician will include:
* Provide advanced technical support - Diagnose and resolve complex issues
* Manage and maintain our Windows environment, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices running at peak performance
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot our PC and laptop environment
* Support remote and on-site users across the Southeast of England
In order to be the successful IT End-User Systems Technician and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* Technical Problem-Solver - You have at least 5 years of hands-on IT Support experience
* Microsoft Environment Expert - You know Windows 10/11 inside and out and understand networking principles
* You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable travelling to support users at different locations
