IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst - 2nd & 3rd line, needed for a leading organisation based in Eastbourne, who are looking to employ an experienced IT Support Analyst to be responsible for the day to day IT operational Service with a good knowledge of 2nd & 3rd line IT support, Azure, O365, ITIL and data & cyber security.
The salary & benefits the IT Support Analyst can expect:
* Salary: up to c£30,000 per annum
* 25 day's holiday

Some of the main duties of the IT Support Analyst will include:
* IT service provision on a day to day basis
* To be responsible for day to day operational IT service provision including user provisioning and operational support
* Managing the relationship with the 3rd party service provider
* Ensure data and cyber security maintained and compliant (Cyber Essentials, ISO27001)
In order to be the successful IT Support Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* Experience of providing 2nd & 3rd Line IT Support
* Working with a 3rd party service provider
* Microsoft stack - Azure, Office 365
* ITIL
* A customer-focused approach to service delivery
* Good communications skills, written and verbal
