We are currently looking to speak with Analysts who have some experience of working within the real estate space. Ideally you will have exposure of looking at deals within the residential sector, preferably the affordable housing space / private rental sector.
Our client is an established, well connected, funded player within this area of the real estate market. The team is looking to grow and, in a position, to hire those who are at the early stages of their careers (6 months - 2 years).
Ideal profiles and applicants will be those who are educated within a relevant field, have a good understanding and know their way around Excel with regards to modeling. but also have the appetite to expand and learn more, and to also want to progress and carry out wider tasks such as asset managing and carrying out meetings with property agents to discuss potential deals.
This is a relatively rare opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills, and be part of a fantastic team, who can provide support and mentoring in areas required and scope to move up the business.
