Junior Technical Support Analyst

Junior Technical Support Analyst needed for a leading organisation based in Maidstone, Kent, to provide 1st And 2nd line technical support with basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams OneDrive, SharePoint), an understanding of SQL Databases, basic networking and hardware support.

Some of the main duties of the Junior Technical Support Analyst will include:
* Provide first and second-line technical support via email and remote access
* Assist internal and external customers with Microsoft 365 applications, SQL queries, and web-based applications
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and network issues where required
* Document and track issues using our ticketing system
* Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations
* Provide clear, user-friendly technical guidance to non-technical customers
* Support internal IT infrastructure and company hardware as required
In order to be the successful Junior Technical Support Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
* Understanding of SQL databases (ability to run queries, basic troubleshooting)
* Some experience with web-based applications and troubleshooting browsers
* Basic knowledge of networking and hardware support
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
