£55,000 - £65,000 + Company Benefits Package
London based residential developer is expanding its acquisitions team with the hire of a Land Manager / Senior Land Manager.
The position will involve land purchasing working alongside planning, pre-con, and development.
We are looking to speak with acquisition professionals who have a track record of building relations with land owners, agents, local authorities, and external consultants.
You will have a proven track record in negotiation skills.
Applicants will have experience of appraising land for financial and commercial viability.
Take responsibility for site appraisals, ensuring that acquisition proposals are presented .
Managing land purchase activity from initial site identification, appraisal and approval to the point of purchase.
On offer will be a salary expected to be in the region of £55,000 - £65,000, the opportunity to grow with a successful and stable residential developer, and to engage with a team of respected like-minded professionals.
