Marketing Manager
Marketing Manager supporting digital and lead generation
My client are a renewable energy company that specialises in solar PV and low carbon heat pump installations. They are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager with experience of digital marketing and lead generation to join the exsiting marketing team.
This role is well suited to an individual that has proven experience of delivering digital marketing campaigns and website content management as part of a wider marketing remit.
Role and responsibilities
- Develop, implement and deliver the annual digital marketing strategy and relevant ROIs.
- Track both paid and organic marketing activity from the point of engagement through the marketing ecosystem (website, events, social media channels, etc.)
- Maintain the company website - publish website content, blogs, testimonials, case studies, etc
- Maximise the company's social media platforms and incorporate paid social
- Establish suitable KPIs for marketing activity
- Line management of our content creation team
- Manage digital marketing initiatives to generate leads and drive engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted e-shot and promotional campaigns to reach key decision-makers in our key sectors
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, using insights to optimise strategies and tactics
- Maintain and develop effective sales materials
Experience
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management, with a strong focus on B2B environments.
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth through a data-driven approach
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce would be an advantage
- Ability to create compelling content that engages and resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with the sales team and wider business
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
