Job Role: Fabricator Welder
Hourly Rate: £16.52 - £17.70
Working Hours: 13:45-22:00, Mon-Fri
Location: Battle, East Sussex
We are currently working with a leading bespoke rooftop terrace manufacturer, who are looking to add a dynamic and experienced Fabricator Welder to their growing team!
Primary Purpose: Execute tasks assigned by Operations and the Production Manager to the highest standards.
Fabricator Welder Core Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and Welding: Perform high-quality fabrication and welding tasks.
- Packing and Preparation: Prepare and pack finished goods.
- Site Work: Occasionally perform site work as required.
- Health & Safety Reporting: Report health, safety, and process issues to management.
- Additional Duties: Carry out any other duties as requested by your line manager or a director.
- Compliance: Adhere to ISO9001/BSEN1090 QMS processes and procedures.
- MIG Welding: Execute precise and efficient MIG welding tasks using Mild and 410 Steel.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure welding accuracy.
- Work Environment: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Quality Inspections: Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet high standards.
Fabricator Welder Attributes Required:

- Time Management: Self-disciplined with excellent time management skills.
Person Specification:
- Experience: 1+ years of welding experience.
- Driving License: Full valid UK driving licence required due to the location of premises.
