Job Title: Simulation and Modelling Engineer
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: Up to £80/hr

Join a global leader in defence and security solutions! We are looking for a skilled Simulation and Modelling Engineer to contribute to our dynamic team in Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for the development, integration, testing of models as well as reviews and supporting documentation ensuring compliance with appropriate quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of a Simulation and Modelling Engineer:
- Develop, integrate, and test models while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate independently with cross-functional teams, including Guidance Navigation & Control, Software, Hardware-in-the-Loop, Systems Design, and Quality Assurance.
- Conduct technical analyses and investigations to address a range of issues, providing solutions either independently or as part of a project team.
- Support the team lead and colleagues in meeting project deadlines, ensuring On Time, On Cost, and On Quality delivery.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience needed:
- Simulation and Modelling experience, preferably in Aerospace projects.
- Proficiency in Simulink and MATLAB.
- Experience in testing and verifying models and/or code.
- Strong debugging skills for models and/or code.
- Problem-solving ability.
- IBM EWM (or similar Configuration and Management Tool).
- C and/or Fortran coding languages
