On-Site Customer Support Representative - Paris, France

We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Customer Support Representative for a Global organisation, providing analytical solutions, services, and expertise that contribute to the success of laboratories worldwide.

How you will make an Impact:
As an On-Site Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in the company's after-sales service strategy. Working closely with your manager and colleagues, you will be responsible for optimising customer visits while adhering to company guidelines. Your objective will be to ensure the company's presence at client site, contribute to revenue growth, and enhance the company's reputation.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with service technicians/engineers, QHSE site referents, regional managers and service provider managers
  • Work closely with off-site or customer-specific support services
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing departments
  • Request quotes from service providers
  • Organize and monitor interventions with service providers
  • Communicate with customers
  • Plan preventive and/or curative maintenance
  • Plan Instrument Validation Services
  • Update the company database, and customer when applicable
  • Provide the information necessary for the correct invoicing of services
  • Accompany the client on a daily basis in his/her activity by participating in follow-up meetings, by responding to requests by email/phone


We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience in sales administration or procurement/logistics
  • Experience with an ERP
  • Level or Diploma Bac+2 to Bac+3 in administrative and commercial management and/or equivalent experience
  • Customer relations
  • Must be fluent in French
  • Must be based in the Paris region or happy to relocate to Paris


Benefits:

  • Base Pay Range: €35,000 - €40,000
  • 25 vacation days.
  • 14 days of rest days.
