I am looking for an Integration engineer with broad experience working with OTT/IPTV platforms. The candidate is an experienced hands-on integration engineer, with great interpersonal skills, analytical mind and get things done attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
¥ Perform technical integration activities of the existing OTT/IPTV platform.
¥ Configuration, integration, verification, troubleshooting in lab and prod environments.
¥ Perform end-to-end test to verify the integration for product owner sign off.
¥ Business analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understood.
¥ Document software installations, use cases and product owners requirements.
¥ Provide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project deliverables.
¥ Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
¥ University degree or equivalent education in a related technical field.
¥ 4+ years of relevant experience in delivering and supporting mission critical systems.
¥ Solid understanding of OTT/IPTV E2E solution and flows
¥ Experienced in integrating and supporting OTT/IPTV/ Broadband solutions.
¥ Knowledge in TV & Media solutions (CDN, Live Encoders, Broadcast delivery systems).
¥ Knowledge and experience in the areas of:
- Adaptive Streaming (Smooth Streaming, HLS, MPEG-DASH etc.);
- DRM technologies (Microsoft PlayReady);
- iOS / Android apps and devices.
¥ Programming skills in at least one programming language (preferably Java);
¥ Windows and Linux system administration skills are plus.
¥ Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
¥ Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer experience.
¥ Characteristics: Positive, highly motivated, "can-do" attitude.
¥ Key contributor, willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired results.
¥ Strong, professional interpersonal and communication skills (English).
