Job Title: PCB Design Engineer
Location: Staffordshire

Rate: DOE (Inside of IR35)

An experienced PCB Design Engineer is required to play a key role in working closely within our team of design engineers producing highly reliable PCBs to specific customer requirements. Showing a high level of production, design and implementation skills, you will take responsibility for the layout of PCBs in business-critical high quality hardware products to tight deadlines.
The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a PCB Design Engineer?
- Collaboration with mechanical designers to ensure integrity of mechanical and thermal design aspects.
- Liaison with PCB manufacturers to clarify design requirements and resolve problems encountered manufacturing bare boards and assemblies
- Analysis and review of analogue & digital circuits
What are we looking for in our next PCB Design Engineer?
- Extensive PCB design experience
- Knowledge in using Altium Designer
- Have the ability to produced layouts to IPC 2221
- Excellent component and standards knowledge
- IPC Certified Interconnect Designer (CID) qualified - Desirable
- Knowledge in using Zuken CADSTAR
