Our client who is a leading contractor within the Highways and Construction industry is currently seeking a Pipe Layer who has vast experience in the utilities and highways sector.
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent position based around the Dartford area.
Key Duties for the Pipe Layer:
- Lay water mains
- Ensure all excavations are undertaken in a safe manner
- Risk assessments
- Understanding of Chapter 8 site set-up
- Reports any defects, issues that arise
- Working on highways
Essentials of the Pipe Layer role:
- SHEA Card
- CSCS / NRSWA
- Driving licence
Desirable skills of the Pipe Layer role:
- Trailer licence
- First-aid
- Confined Spaces
- Manual Hnalding
- Any other similar certificates or qualifications
