A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Engineer to join a leading main contractor on an exciting mixed use development project based in Central Manchester. The Planning Engineer will join a major name in the UK construction industry, an award winning company that specialist in delivering complex schemes.
The Planning Engineer will be site based on a £200m mixed use scheme which comprises of residential towers, leisure complex and retail space. They will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project by working closely with the Project Manager and ensuring the construction programme is communicated effectively to the site team.
The Planning Engineer will join a highly regarded name who have a solid pipeline of work, a business who offer great career development opportunities for ambitious individuals.
Candidate
- Demonstrate 3 years plus construction planning experience
- Site based planning experience gained within a main contracting environment
- Good understand of construction processes and techniques
- Strong user of planning software packages
- Possess strong communication skills
On offer is a competitive salary of between £55-65,000 per annum plus an attractive salary that includes a car allowance of £7,000, pension, healthcare, life assurance, private medical, flexible benefits scheme and other great benefits.
