I have a fantastic opportunity for an experience Planning Engineer to join one of the UK's leading main contractors on an exciting mixed use development in the centre of Manchester. They will join a major name in the construction industry who are recognized for delivering exciting complex schemes.
The Planning Engineer will be site based and will closely with an experienced team and take responsibility for a large part of the development. They will be responsible for managing the construction programme, working closely with the Project Manager and ensuring programme is communicated to the site team.
This opportunity promises exposure to a major project, no limits on career progression, the support of an experienced and approachable team and a competitive starting salary & package that includes:

To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
- Hold a construction related qualification - HNC/HND/Degree
- Site based construction planning experience gained within a main contracting environment
- Solid understanding of the construction process and techniques
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in the use of main planning software packages
