Job: Planning Project Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Location: Cornwall
Type: Permanent / Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Planning Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team with planning applications
- Helping the team with planning research and site feasibility assessments
- Assisting in the creation of plans and visual aids for the planning teams activities
- Evaluate and review selected sites for Solar PV, Wind and Battery feasibility
- Identify potential sites of Solar PV, Wind and Battery projects across the UK
Essential Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in planning, renewable energy, environmental studies or related field
- Experience with ArcGIS and AutoCAD
- Methodical, accurate and process-oriented approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in using Excel
Desired but not essential Skills:
- Knowledge and experience in the renewable energy industry
- Associate membership of RTPI or IEMA
- UK Driving Licence
