Join our team as a Mobile Plumber on the Stoke Schools contract, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Overview:

Work within our in-house Stoke Schools engineering team, delivering Plumbing planned and reactive works on a mobile basis.

What will you deliver?

• Fault finding and repair of Plumbing Assets
• Regular planned maintenance on associated Plumbing Assets
• Lifecycle & defect reports for Mechanical elements
• Day-to-day management of Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks

Who are we looking for?

• Recognized Plumbing to City & Guilds/NVQ Qualification
• Minimum of 4 years practical experience or approved apprenticeship
• Sound awareness of risk assessment and working safely with equipment
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety
• Previous FM experience within a PFI environment (advantageous)
• Full driving license
• Ability to measure, work to plans, read technical diagrams, and communicate technical information
• Able to join on-call/emergency call-out rota
