The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Product Assurance Engineer?

• Review, contribute to, and maintain the documentation for Equipment Quality planning.
• Ensure adherence to Electronic Engineering BMS procedures.
• Plan and conduct Product Life Cycle reviews and manage resulting actions effectively.
• Oversee Product Non-Conformance and guide the implementation of Non-Conformance processes. Assist in design and manufacturing defect investigations. Provide analysis and summary reports of Non-Conformance data for Major Equipment and senior management reviews.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate Quality risks and issues related to in-house equipment to minimize risk and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in engineering process enhancement initiatives and facilitate local flash audits, offering compliance and process improvement suggestions.
• Conduct Hardware Acceptance activities to ensure products meet customer expectations.

What are we looking for in our next Product Assurance Engineer?

• Preferably possess a minimum of an HNC/HND qualification in Engineering or Quality Assurance.
• Experienced quality professionals sought, particularly within the realm of Electronic Engineering, with a demonstrable history of success in Product Assurance.
• Proficient in current Quality Assurance problem-solving and improvement methodologies such as 8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.
• Thorough understanding of the product lifecycle, particularly in its developmental stages.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in generating reports using Excel, familiarity with SAP QM system, and adeptness with document management tools.
• Demonstrate awareness of continuous improvement principles and the ability to proactively drive enhancements through personal initiative.
