An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Project Controls Lead to join a leading consultancy renowned for the expertise in helping clients deliver complex projects.
The Project Controls Lead will play a pivotal role on one of their latest projects in a significant partnership with one of their key clients on a major £3bn programme.
The Project Controls Lead will manage a team of 20 and oversee all project controls activities, ensuring the successful delivery of this high-profile programme. They will be the linchpin in managing costs, schedules, risks, and performance across multiple project sites, ensuring that every aspect aligns with the strategic goals of the client.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record of leading project controls for large scale, complex programmes. They must have strong generalist experience and understanding of all facets of project controls and posses very strong leadership and client facing skills.
CANDIDATE
- Proven track record in leading project controls for large-scale, complex programmes, preferably within the public sector or large infrastructure projects.
- Deep understanding of project controls methodologies, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and engaging at all levels.
- Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), project controls, or engineering disciplines.

- Starting salary up to £110,000 per annum
