Project Manager / Development Manager, London
Role profile
- Residential development - We are looking on behalf of an established and successful London based family office for an experienced Project or Development Manager who possesses experience of overseeing and managing UK residential developments.
- Value - Typically the projects are refurbishment, conversion, or new build and will range in value up to £5m. Once completed the property will continue to sit within the family office portfolio.
- It is expected you will have current experience and a track record of managing residential projects and hold a reasonable and relevant level of education.
- A preference for those who reside in North London.
Remuneration
- Salary - £65,000 - £75,000
- Bonus - Discretionary
