Brief overview
The Project Engineer is required to provide engineering support to a portfolio of low value Cat D projects for a niche specialist military end user. Support to specific project milestones will be required including FAT, SAT, EDD, IOC, FOC along with ownership of or input to requirements and acceptance documents.
- Essential: Primary or secondary Surveillance Radar including Flight Checking and MAA Standards and Regulation,
- Essential: Electronic Systems & Software, Acceptance & Assurance,
- Desirable: Systems Engineering, Communications Engineering, Safety Management & Security Accreditation,
- Desirable: Deployable military capability.
Air Safety Domain experience with preference for Air Traffic Management (ATM) Safety experience, Civil ATM safety management experience is very relevant but Military ATM and knowledge of MAA Regulation preferred
Please note that eligibility for UK security clearance up to SC level is required for the Project Engineer position.
