Project Manager - Data Project

As the project manager you are responsible for organising, preparing, planning, executing and completing projects. You also ensure that projects are carried out in a logical context within the portfolio.

Your role includes:

• Drawing up project plans, coordinating the plan and the budget with the client, translating the project plan into project implementation and compiling the project organisation.
• Intensive construction and maintenance of the international network (NL & DE), initiating and stimulating cooperation.
• Guiding the EU Tender; directing the activities within the chain and the project team.
• Delivering all reports on projects to clients and stakeholders.

The implementation of the project is based on a PID to be drawn up with the client and the steering committee, in which scope and preconditions (including time, money, quality and risk management) are described.

Your skills and experience:

• 10 +years IT Project Management experience.
• Experience implementing up a data platform in a data driven organisation
• Experience with EU Tenders
• Proven leadership experience
• In addition to taking responsibility for project results, also having an eye for the interests and goals of the organization and project dependencies.
• Be able to translate complex matters into solutions.
• Analytical approach
• In addition to project planning and project control competencies, you should be able to anticipate changes and be flexible.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic and inspiring personality that promotes collaboration
  
  Dutch language skills are essential
  German language skills preferred
