Are you a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a passion for leading impactful projects in the highways industry? Join us, a leading highways service provider in Dunstable. We are seeking a talented Project Manager to assist the Roadside Technology Manager to ensure technology defects and routine maintenance of assets are restored within target deadlines.

Role and Responsibilities for the Project Manager position:
- Ensure technology work is commissioned and certified to the highest quality and correct standards
- Monitor Health, Safety, competency and compliance with sector schemes of Sub-contracts staff and those involved with technology works and inspections
- Keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, equipment condition and key issues.
- Complete site visits in person and auditing of completed work across a range of sites and locations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the highways or similar infrastructure sector.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of managing large maintenance contracts, prebaby in highways or similar field
- Strong electrical background: conversant with BS7671 18th edition and electrical inspection schemes NICEIC
- Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of all National Highways motorway technology equipment
