About: My client is a leading highways and civil engineering contractor dedicated to delivering exceptional infrastructure projects. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of biggest deep drainage projects in Europe. You will work on a range of challenging and exciting projects that contribute to the improvement and expansion of vital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead a project team and ensure the successful completion of multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements.
  • Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest quality standards in project delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain cost control.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks to prevent potential project delays or cost overruns.
  • Client Relations: Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and timely updates on project progress.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure all project activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Development: Mentor, motivate, and guide project team members to maximize their potential and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification or experience qualified
  • Atleast 2 years Deep Drainage experience at a minimum of 7 metres
  • CSCS Gold Card essential
  • SSSTS or SMSTS essential
  • Experience of NEC4 Contracts
  • Knowledge of Temporary works and Lift Ops
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
