Project Manager - Mechanical / Thermal Engineering
My client is a solutions provider in the field of instrumentation for space applications. They are currently recruitung for a Project Manager with the following skills and experience.
The role:
In the frame of developments for space applications, you will be responsible for:
* Management of several space projects
* Follow up of schedule, deliverables, reviews, action items
* Alignment of the developments with the PA/QA plan
* Providing mechanical and thermal expertise
* Follow-up of suppliers
* Review of project documentation
* Participation in project reviews with the clients/suppliers and the Agency
* Configuration and documentation management
Your skills:
* Master's degree, preferably mechanical/thermal engineering
* Degree in project management
* A least 5 years of experience, preferably in the space domain
* Experience in mechanical and thermal engineering for space applications
* Experience with PA/QA and developments for space applications
* Fluency in English
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of ECSS is an advantage
