An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with MEP experience to join a leading developer on a major project in West London.
The Project Manager will be site based on an exciting major mixed-use development which consists of 1,000 new homes, leisure centre and retail space which is due for completion in 2027.
The Project Manager will report into the Project Director and be responsible for leading a team and overseeing all aspects of MEP on the project. The Project Manager will play a key role in the projects successful delivery.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a solid track record of delivering large MEP packages on complex schemes, ideally within a developer or main contracting environment.
Candidate
- Strong track record working as a MEP Project Manager
- Will need to be able to understand building services including design principles, method statements, Inspection Test Plans, Risk Assessments, commissioning and handover requirements;
- An industry relevant Degree/City & Guilds/NVQ qualification or equivalent in Building services/mechanical/electrical discipline (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to read and understand programmes, drawings, specifications and use necessary software systems.
