We are working with an established, well regarded cost & project management consultancy and they have a number of exciting opportunities for Project Quantity Surveyors to join their teams in London. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining a growing business that works on high profile, complex yet exciting projects, often for highly sought after clients across London & the South East.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be working on a variety of pre & post contract duties including:

• Negotiating & agreeing variation accounts with the contractor
• Review and agree post contract changes
• Evaluate costs & provide advice on alternative proposals
• Prepare tender documents
• Manage the project costs during the construction stage
• Take a lead role when meeting clients and dealing with the wider project team, external consultants and the contractor

Project Quantity Surveyors considering this position will need to have:

• 2+ years of previous experience in the UK working for a cost/project management consultancy
• Excellent communication skills
• Have completed, or working towards RICS status
• Live within a reasonable commute of Central London
