Purchase Ledger Accountant (Qube), London
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
London based property developer are actively looking to hire a Purchase Ledger Accountant to their growing finance team. Applicants must have experience of using MRI Qube software.
- Daily receipts from bank accounts into Qube
- Posting of supplier invoices for approval into Qube
- Posting payments on Qube
- Maintain proper folder structure and filing system of supplier invoices and agreements
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Assist in chasing Arrears with liaison with Building Managers.
- Supporting Estate management with admin tasks
- Any other property accounting duty and Estate management duties.
Person Specification
- Experienced in MRI Qube (particularly in a purchase ledger, treasury or accounts receivable role).
- Experience in property management industry
- Team player and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage stretched deadlines and multitasking
