Quality & Safety Manager
Location: Bad Homburg, Germany

The Role:
As Quality, Safety & Documentation Manager, you will ensure products, processes, and workplaces meet the highest standards across the Environmental business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management
- Oversee Quality Assurance and manufacturing documentation.
- Maintain inspection and calibration systems for subassemblies and finished goods.
- Manage incoming part QC activities.
- Implement sampling and monitoring programs to detect early quality issues.
- Lead corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and Lean-driven improvements.
Occupational Safety
- Drive a proactive safety culture across all work environments.
- Assess workplaces and processes for risks and propose effective protective measures.
- Maintain and document risk assessments in line with German safety regulations (ArbSchG, BetrSichV).
Documentation & Systems
- Manage documentation within ERP, Netsuite, Salesforce, and related systems.
- Oversee ISO 9001:2015 document control.
- Create, update, and manage work and operating instructions.
What You Bring:
- Technical vocational training or degree, plus experience in Quality Assurance and occupational safety.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Quality.
- Knowledge of NIST traceability; SPC training is a plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
