We are searching for an experience QSHE Manager to join a renewable energy organisation who specialise in Solar PV installations across commercial and residential premises in the UK.
You will play a pivotal role as Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Manager by developing and implementing QSHE policies, carrying out risk assessments and act as the main point of contact for QSHE matters.

QSHE Manager Responsibilities:
- Create, update and implement QSHE policies to ensure legal compliance
- Identify and mitigate workplace hazards through risk assessments and safety analyses.
- Ensure the organisation complies with changing regulations and ensure the organisations practices align with them
- Develop and deliver QSHE training programmes to employees
- Investigate accidents and incidents to find root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Create and update emergency response and evacuation plans for various scenarios.
- Regularly inspect and audit facilities and processes for safety and environmental compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve QSHE performance
- Develop and manager QSHE budgets
- Act as the main contact with regulatory agencies on QSHE matters
- Implement initiatives to reduce the organisation's environmental impact.
- track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of QSHE programs.
QSHE Manager Requirements:
- Background in QSHE Management
- Experience working within renewable energy, construction or electrical sectors is desired
- UK Driving Licence - essential
