Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
Central London
£450 to £550 per day (Inside IR35)
A long term contract opportunity has arisen with a leading cost & project management consultancy at their offices in Central London. The Quantity Surveyor will be working within a busy and professional team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers working closely with a variety of clients including the NHS.
Some of the Quantity Surveyors key responsibilities will include:
- Creating cost plans
- Producing pre-tender estimates and tender reports
- Valuation cost reports
- Variation agreements
- Settlement of final accounts
- Offering procurement advice
- Cost reporting
- Supervising and mentoring junior surveyors within the team
Quantity Surveyors considering this position must have previous experience working for a UK based cost and project management consultancy in a Quantity Surveying or Cost Management capacity. You'll also need excellent communication skills.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be offered a day rate in accordance with their experience and up to a maximum of £550 per day.
