£45,000 to £50,000 + car & package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a large infrastructure project in the South West. The Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to work on a high profile, high value project with opportunities for continued professional development, the support of an experienced and approachable team and a competitive salary & supporting package.
Some of the Quantity Surveyors key duties will include:
- Subcontract management (package values from £2.5m to £10m)
- Preparing activity schedules, resource schedules and analyses of tender documents
- Support the commercial management team with the preparation of ay delay or disruption programmes
- Prepare the procurement programme
- Monitor supplier rates and prices
- Prepare accurate reports and updates to the commercial progress on your packages
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be offered a generous salary & package that includes:
- Starting salary of £45,000 to £50,000
- Travel allowance or company car

Quantity Surveyors considering this position must have previous experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or utilities projects or frameworks and a solid understanding of the NEC suite of contracts. You'll also need excellent communication skills and be driven and keen to progress your career.
