£350-375 per day (Inside IR35)
I have a long term contract opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor on a highways maintenance contract in SE London for 12+ months. The rate on offer is between £350 and £375 per day depending on experience.
As the Quantity Surveyor, some of your duties will include:
- Pricing jobs for the client
- Provide advice and guidance to a trainee QS
- Raise orders
- Setting up subcontractors
- Producing CVR's for all work streams
- Assessing subcontractor applications
- Procude early warning notices & compensation events
Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must have recent UK highways experience and familiar with the NEC3 contract.
