£45,000 to £50,000 + package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a fast paced, high volume utilities contract based in Norwich and covering East Anglia.
The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small team, supported with an experienced SQS above them and a keen Assistant QS below. Some of your main duties will include:
- Assisting with the control of costs from start to finish
- Maximising project values
- Ensuring minimal liabilities whilst maintaining the required quality & safety
- Supporting the AQS with the development of their career
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be offered a role that includes no glass ceilings and limits on career progression, yearly pay & performance reviews, the support of a large, well regarded main contractor and a competitive package that includes:

Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must live within a reasonable commute of Norwich and have experience of working on power, water and other utilities contracts. You'll need good NEC knowledge, strong communication skills and a commercially astute approach.
