Quantity Surveyor (CONTRACT)
Essex
£380 to £440 a day | Long Term
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist formwork contractor on a long term contract.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the Commercial Director, picking up a number of large projects and taking them through from start to finish. This particular business prides itself on working on high profile projects and currently has a number of large, profitable packages on HS2, Thames Tideway and a major highways project. These packages are typically valued between £2m and £5m although they have recently closed a number of large accounts at c.£8m.
Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must have experience working on large civil engineering projects and a solid understanding of the NEC suite of contracts. You'll also need to live in Essex, Bedfordshire, East or North London and willing to visit sites in Central London 2-3 days a week.
