A leading London based property consulting practice is experiencing a period of growth and currently looking to hire additional support within their ratings and valuations department.

The role is open to those at any level of experience who have current experience of working within the business ratings space.

The company can offer you stability, a broad mix of clients and varied workload, support, and growth for those eager to develop and move up the business, and a friendly and professional working environment with great staff retention figures and mix of characters and personalities.

As with most Rating Surveyor roles, your duties will vary on a day-to-day basis however typically cover areas focused on looking to reduce client's business rate liabilities, putting together relief applications, measuring, and inspecting, building trusting and long-standing relations with external parties, and producing detailed reports.
