Real Estate Business Developer Relationship Manager
London, £30,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
A rare opportunity to join a London based investor within a hybrid role that will involve a mix of core skills including business development, event management, client relationship management, marketing.
The firm is a family office set up who focus on London and European investments, are currently looking for someone who has experience of dealing with international investors and discussing real estate investment ideas.
The role will suit an individual who is looking to multi task and have a broad involvement with a business. It is expected that you will be educated to Degree level, have experience of working within the real estate industry, and have experience of public speaking at events.
With a new CRM system being rolled out we are looking for someone who will be able to manage the system in terms of data and has used a CRM to help with their current role.
Reporting directly in to the owner you will act as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
The position will involve attending numerous events and dinners, which will provide the opportunity to network and establish closer investor relations.
