Investment Analyst, London

Real estate investment manager that focus investments across the UK and Europe are currently expanding and looking to appoint an Investment Analyst.
The position of Investment Analyst will include:
- Analysis of new transactions and existing exposures including attending tenant and / or borrower meetings
- Provide significant input into the development of effective funding strategies for transactions and businesses and undertake financial analysis to appraise the relative merits of each
- Research into and production of sector analysis for a range of industries with operational real estate
- Use financial models to support the development of financial structures, fund models, valuations, sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Supporting the origination team in the pricing of new transactions and preparing Investment Committee papers
- Assist in the development of new business, preparation of client presentations and support in marketing of new products
- Liaising with clients to support live transactions
- Investment reporting - produce factsheets and draft responses to ad hoc investor requests
Applicant profile:
- Educated to a high standard within a relevant field (Degree / Masters level)
- Financial modelling skills (advanced user of Excel)
- Real estate related modeling experience
