Real Estate Analyst, London

We are currently looking to speak with Real Estate focused Investment Analysts who have experience of working within the residential real estate space. Ideally you will have exposure of looking at deals within the residential sector, preferably the affordable housing space / private rental sector / HMO etc.
Our client, an established, well respected, boutique, based in Central London. The team is looking to grow and, in a position, to hire those who are at the earlier stages of their careers (6 months minumum - 2 years).
Ideal profiles and applicants will be those who are educated within a relevant field, have a good understanding and know their way around Excel with regards to financial modeling. but will also have the appetite and personal skills to expand and play a role in other tasks such as asset managing and going to meetings with property agents to discuss potential deals.
This is a relatively rare opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills, and be part of a fantastic team, who can provide support and mentoring in areas required and scope to move up the business.
